About us

100m from the Chateau
Five very spacious bedrooms and suites (up to fifteen people)
Delightful walled garden
Excellent and plentiful breakfast.

Nestled in the centre of the delightful and historical village of st Fargeau, close by the 15th century church and surrounded by quiet village gardens, the Maison Jeanne d'Arc is comfortable, discreet and refined. Personal photographs, books and memorabilia add to the charm and character of the house.
The peacefulness of the location is immediately evident, with the church bells barely noticeable. There is an excellent and generous breakfast served in the dining room or occasionally in the garden.

The house is available for rent in its entirety or on a bed and breakfast basis.

The house is part of the history of the village.

Joan of Arc stayed here, as did Mme Boutevilain, coal merchant and candy seller. The house has been carefully restored five years ago by Noemi Brunet, and is now ready to welcome you into its timeless embrace, to share a moment together under the quizzical eye of Henri, the large chocolate labrador.

We look forward to seeing you!
