In the heart of the charming historic village of Saint-Fargeau, the Charmilles house is adjacent to our Jeanne d'Arc guest house.
Once you've pushed through the wicket gate onto the church square, you enter a vast, magnificent, convivial and comfortable common room. (40 m2 and 4 m ceilings). The decor is set: a large wooden table, a well-equipped kitchen that makes you want to cook up market produce, a sitting room and a stove for the colder months that invite you to relax. The 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms are all very comfortable, decorated with family furniture and travel souvenirs...
Total capacity is 8 people (no more for safety and insurance reasons).
On foot, you'll find bakeries, cafés, the Fléchais patisserie, a pharmacy and Momo's convenience store. The Bi1 supermarket is a two-minute drive away. The Saint-Sauveur en Puisaye market is held on Wednesdays, the Saint Fargeau market on Fridays, and the Toucy market on Saturday mornings.
In the immediate vicinity, there are 1001 sports and leisure activities to please young and old alike: horse riding, accro branche, swimming, Vélo rail, castles - Guedelon, Saint Fargeau, Ratilly, educational farm, Colette's house, Boutissaint Park, workshops ...
Street parking is easy.

The house
On the first floor there's a lovely common room, a living room and a fully-equipped kitchen for those who like to get cooking. There's a large wood-burning stove for a cosy atmosphere in the colder months. The French window opens onto the small garden, where you can enjoy an evening drink while admiring the church rose window. There's also space for a small table.
Four rooms await you.
La Suite Losanges The bathroom and toilet are on the first floor. There is also a bedroom with two single beds below.
Upstairs, la Suite Bleu-VertThe second bedroom, the mezzanine, comprises two further bedrooms side by side, each with its own bathroom and toilet. Access is either independent from the outside, or from the inside via the mezzanine bedroom.
Each of the 20 m² bedrooms has double or divisible beds, 90 by 200 cm.
Rent Les Charmilles
From 2 nights minimum, choose to rent the whole house (max 8 people) or just the Losanges suite (max 4 people).

- End-of-stay cleaning charge: 80 euros

- In the cold months: a small electricity charge (Linky meter reading in euros), and firewood (30 euros 1/2 stere).

CANCELLATION
Free cancellation 30 days before the date of your stay.
Cancellation 10 days before the date of your stay, 50 % of the cost of your stay will be charged.
Less than 10 days before, 100 % of the payment will be requested.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Arrivals are from 5.30pm to 7pm.
Rooms must be vacated by 11am.
Keys are handed over on arrival.
The room and house are non-smoking.
