Self-catering option
The house is ideal to rent for family reunions, anniversaries, intimate weddings or get-togethers with friends.
It is located in the heart of the village just steps away from the shops. Parking is easy in the road in front. There is a pretty walled garden, a welcoming entrance, a large comfortable sitting room, a proper dining table and a well equipped kitchen for those who enjoy being at the stove.
Total capacity is fifteen guests (limited for safety and insurance reasons)
On foot, the road leads to the baker, patisserie, café, chemist and Momo’s convenience store. The supermarket is two minutes away by car. The lovely market in Toucy on Saturday morning is 20 minutes by car. I will let you know the best places to buy directly from the producers.
I can help you plan horse riding, golf, hiking, wine tasting, children’s workshops, and guided tours of tourist attractions.
Order a meal from us if you prefer not to do it yourself – simple, home-made seasonal cooking, organic and healthy, sourced locally.
Kids and adults – there are lots of cartoon books to read!

The maximum capacity is 15 people.
The whole house
– 1125 euros / night / 2 nights minimum

Cleaning package 150 euros.
Bed linen and bath linen provided.
Tourist tax extra / 1€ / adult
In winter: provide a small heating package (Index reading on the Linky meter) and firewood (35euros per half).

Spring
April – May – June
When the days lengthen and nature begins to emerge from the winter months, buds begin to open in a thousand shades of green, the pale sun is just showing its rays, the birds begin to sing and their happy song echoes in the countryside, this is when we dream of breathing fresh clean air. It’s time to book a weekend in the country and we look forward to welcoming you.
Plan in advance to rent the whole house for the bank holidays
The barbecue in the garden is available for your use.
Summer
July – August
The main attractions are a visit to the Chateau at Guédelon, Saint-Fargeau, and Ratilly and Colette’s house. The Chateau Farm at the end of the village is an authentic farm as in 1900 complete with animals; a delight for children.
It is also the season for night time festivities.
Autumn
September – October – November
Mushroom time! The children have gone back to school and it’s back to work after the holidays. Come and take advantage of the last sunny days of autumn, an Indian summer with golden light and glistening leaves. You will be welcomed with a smile for a great weekend.
Winter
December – January – February – March
We’re closed for a break, except for the period of Christmas and New Year when you can spend the holidays with family or friends in front of a roaring wood fire and a Christmas tree beautifully decorated by the owner of the house for your pleasure.
