The house in gite formula
The house is ideal for family reunions, birthdays, small weddings with friends, or a reunion with friends.
It is located in the heart of the village, close to the shops. There is easy parking in the street in front of the house. There is a small walled garden, a lovely welcoming entrance, a large comfortable living room, a real dining room table, and a fully equipped kitchen for those who like to cook.
The total capacity is 15 people (no more for safety and insurance reasons).
On foot, the narrow streets will lead you to the bakeries, the pastry shop, the cafés, the pharmacy, the convenience store at Momo's. The supermarket is a two-minute drive away. The pretty market in Toucy on Saturday mornings is a 20 minute drive away. I will give you my addresses to buy the best products at the source.
Horse riding, golf, hiking, wine tasting, children's workshops, guided tours of tourist sites. I can help you to organise your stay.

The garden
A parish priest's garden with southern accents, with terraces and climbing roses, wisteria and sage, tomato plants, irises and honeysuckle, where you can enjoy doing nothing after your day of sightseeing. You can see the rooster on the proud church spire, the starry sky, and above all, you are charmed and surprised by the peace that reigns there.

The whole house

When to come?
Spring
April - May - June
It's the time when the days are getting longer and nature is beginning to shake off the winter months, the buds are gradually blooming in a thousand shades of green, the shy sun is spreading its rays, the birds are starting to sing, joyful chirps are echoing in our countryside. It is time to book your weekends in your guest house, we look forward to welcoming you!
Think in advance about reserving the whole house for the bridges!

Summer
July - August
Highlights include visits to Guédelon, Saint-Fargeau, Ratilly, and the Maison de Colette. The castle farm, at the top of the village, is an authentic farm as it was in 1900, with all its animals, a delight for your children!
It is also the season for night-time festivities.
Autumn
September - October - November
It's mushroom season! The children have gone back to school, office life has resumed after a healthy holiday. Come and enjoy the last beautiful autumn days, it's Indian summer, the light is golden, the leaves are shimmering, the house always welcomes you with a smile for a nice weekend.
Winter
December - January - February - March
We close. It's the truce.
Except for Christmas and New Year's Day, when you can come and spend the holidays with your family or friends in front of a nice fire, and a beautiful tree nicely decorated by the hostess to please you.
